SHIPMENTS

We aim to release your order for shipment the same day. We use common carriers for all orders (even for local orders). Common carrier deliveries range from 1 to 10 days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping origin (Tullamarine, Victoria)

You could request urgent delivery for extra charges (approximately 15% of the cost of the order).

 

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If any item is clearly damaged, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:

• Note it clearly on the bill of lading before signing it

• Keep your copy of the bill of lading

• Contact us as soon as possible

If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the bill of lading, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages.

 

DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS

Most Common Carriers require a delivery appointment for residential deliveries. If the carrier attempts delivery after the appointment is made and no one is available to receive the delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

 

PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION/ IMAGES

We strive to provide the most accurate images and description of our products as possible. However, some product images may be difficult or impossible to obtain. In that case, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product. These representative, illustrative images may show optional accessories or features, or may be an image of a similar product.

Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the product description. If you have any questions or concerns about a product even after reading the description and product literature, please contact us on 03 9013 2688 before placing your order.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

All of the requests for returns must be completed with us within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment. We do not consider any return/refund/exchange after 3 days. We only accept return item that are not opened, used, and damaged. Returned items are suggested to be properly wrapped with the original packaging.

We are not responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
