RECIPE - RASPBERRY ICED TEA (with Assam Black Tea) - 350ml drinks

• Inside the cocktail shaker, add 40ml of fruit syrup and melt with 50ml cold water
• Add 150ml of tea*
• Add 1/3 cup ice cubes
• Shake well

RECIPE - BREWING ASSAM BLACK TEA 

• Boil 2 liters of water. Turn off fire
• Add 10g of Assam Black tea leaves
• Brew for 10-15 minutes
• Strain and store in a container
• Refrigerate
