Oolong Fresh Tea Leaves, 600g.

Oolong Tea is traditional Chinese tea which lies somewhere between green and black in oxidation which usually ranges from 10%-70%. Often considered as the most desirable of Chinese teas, it has lower caffeine content than black tea yet is more stimulating than green and white tea.

Oolong tea is known for its fragrant smell as well as its bitter- sweet flavour and is rich in anti-oxidants.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat water to 100°C.
2. Use 40g of tea of tea per 2000ml of water.
3. Infuse for 10-15 minutes, strain tea leaves out
