Taro Balls, 1kg Packaging

10mm diameter once cooked. (You can use boba straws to consume)

Uncooked, these are semi-cooked dried sweet taro balls with no artificial colour. 

Once cooked, it is chewy and soft. Perfect for bubble tea and desserts.  This is a fun change from your typical boba pearls.

Ingredients:  TAPIOCA STARCH, TARO,WATER, ACETYLATED DISTARCH PHOSPHATE, HYDROXYPROPYL DISTARCH PHOSPHATE, SODIUM ALGINATE, TARO FLAVOR, CALCIUM LACTATE

Cooking Method

1. Boil water (3:1 ratio). Example: 300ml with 100g of taro balls

2. Add the taro balls. Expect the balls to float. (Stir)

3. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

4. Rinse under cold water to stop from further cooking

5.  Sweeten with sugar.
