Recipe Lemon AiYu Jelly

Step1:  Mix 500g of Lemon Ai Yu Powder with 15,000ml cold water(1：30), and stir it until dissolving.
Step2:  Heat it up and stir it carefully at the same time to avoid burning.
Step3:  Pour the mixture into molds. Cool to room temperature for 3 hours and place in a refrigerator.
Step4:  Cut into pieces and add some honey water or sweet water.
Step5:  Enjoy your fresh delicious Lemon Ai Yu Jelly
